The firm & proprietor
A Surat practice built on consistency, since 2000.
Ankit Shah and Co. is a chartered-accountancy firm serving businesses across Surat and Gujarat. For more than two decades the firm has helped proprietorships, partnerships and companies with bank finance documentation, accounting, audit and taxation — handled under one roof and kept consistent from one document to the next.

CA Ankit Shah
Two and a half decades of documenting bank finance.
CA Ankit Shah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 and established the firm in Surat in 2000. A Fellow member of the ICAI, he also holds the post-qualification Diploma in Information Systems Audit — the foundation of the firm’s technology-led way of working.
Across the years the firm has developed a particular depth in project finance and bank loan documentation, alongside a full accounting, audit and taxation practice — always with the same principle: keep the numbers consistent, and explain them in plain language.
The team
The team that stands behind your file.
Every project report, CMA data set, return and audit that leaves this office is the work of a full team — not a single desk. From the first document checklist to the final follow-up with your bank, the people here keep your file moving, consistent and on time.
It is also why a call to the office reaches someone who already knows your work. This is the team that stands dedicatedly behind you and your business.
How we work
The principles behind every file.
Consistency first
Every figure ties out across the project report, CMA data and forms — the single most common reason files move smoothly.
Plain language
We explain the ratios and requirements in words a business owner can act on, not jargon.
Technology-led
A DISA-backed, digital workflow keeps document collection short and the work organised.
Stay with the file
We remain with a proposal through appraisal queries until a decision — we don’t hand it over and step away.
